If you answered yes to any or all of those questions, this is the program for you. I found it today on downloads.com and from now on im going to swear by it. to be honest there are so many pros i can't list them all, but the creators of this program have bothered to list all the HTML, XML, CSS, and PHP tags on the side of the editor. this list allows you to dubble click and add the tag to any page any time.
to be honest, the only con i can find is that even in english mode some of the program is still in german (including all of the help files). I find that is is easy to work around this problem because the examples are VERY deatailed.
