So Penny Arcade seems to have inadvertantly slain another server (or in the vernacular, "wanged"); Comixpedia had a review of their site and Tycho put a link to it on their front page. At their best guess, Comixpedia's server got overwhelmed by said link and they're now trying to repair the damage by switching to a new server.

I've always just added new comics I've discovered to my list of comic links. Asking seems to add pressure for the linkee to to put up a reciprocal link. I personally don't have a problem with anyone linking to my comic, but I wouldn't like to think that someone has put up a link that they really didn't want to.

I'm totaly confused on this whole issue.
